Hi, I'm Charlotte! Movement has been my language ever since my swimming years, but these days you'll find me leading beat-driven sessions that feel more like a gathering than a workout. I'm a plant-based foodie at heart, so I'm always dreaming up nourishing ways to fuel the body before and after we move. What I love most is building spaces where people feel seen, supported, and a little more connected to themselves and each other.

Hej, I'm Vendela! I'm your yoga guide and movement partner in crime. I come from a creative, musical background, so my classes have a rhythm all their own. Don't be surprised if I start singing my way through a flow. When I'm not teaching, you'll probably find me knitting colourful bags and tops for my friends, or humming a tune while I plan the next session. For me, it's about expression as much as strength, and I'm here to help you find both.
