Join us for an intimate weekend retreat created for women who want to reconnect with themselves through movement, rest, nourishing food and meaningful connection.
For three days, we will slow the pace, move with intention and create space to simply be. Enjoy gentle yoga and Pilates, uplifting Barre and strength sessions, wholesome plant based meals, relaxing sauna experiences and time to connect with nature and a community of like minded women.

Getting There
Our retreat takes place in the beautiful archipelago venue on Ljusterö, just outside Stockholm.
You can easily reach the venue by car, or by bus or Waxholm ferry from Stockholm City, stopping at Linanäs Brygga. Full travel information and recommendations will be sent to all guests after booking, and we will also help connect attendees who would like to share transport.
Accommodation
Your stay is designed to offer both comfort and connection.
Each guest will have their own single bed in a shared twin room and will share a modern bathroom with one other woman. The rooms are bright, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, giving you your own space to unwind while enjoying the sense of community that makes retreat weekends so special.
